YES! The second OVA to Enzai in fact does exist. Though I myself didn't believe it when I first saw it.
The story starts out right where the first left off: Guise is still in prison with no evidence to prove his innocence. But this OVA promises a lot more hope and future happiness as Guise deepens his friendships with a former reporter named Evan and a former soldier named Vallewida. Getting to know the background stories of each of Guise's friends proves to be really interesting, and one can't help getting wrapped up in their convictions as well. Also, Guise's supposedly useless lawyer, Lusca, actually begins to properly do his job and investigate getting a re-trial for Guise.
Far different from its angst ridden prequel, the second OVA of Enzai delivers the needed hope and warmth following each brutal rape and S&M sequence. Don't misunderstand this anime, however, such events as beatings and "gang banging" rape still occur. However, this time anime fans can feel solace in the fact that Guise has some hope. And even though I did feel that the jump from no hope to utter convicting evidence was way too rushed, I still found the OVA enjoyable.
Also, the second OVA of Enzai reveals all of the secrets (i.e. why Guise was set up as the murderer, and who Myuka is) only introduced in the first. In truth, this anime is actually very interesting in the many twists thrown the audience's way. While I won't reveal anything here, I was rather shocked at some of the answers provided.
Overall if you were disappointed or didn't like the first OVA of Enzai because it was so dark, you should definitely see its sequel. This anime is chock filled with hot sex scenes (though none of them consensual in the slightest) and murder mystery. Though I feel like the show should have been made longer (as in not two OVAs but an anime series), it's still worth watching and very interesting in the different approach it takes on yaoi.
